WELLNESS CLASSES REGISTRATION REQUIRED RENTON SENIOR ACTIVITY CENTER and RENTON COMMUNITY CENTER Small Group Fitness Training Provides encourage- ment and support from others with similar goals. Profes- sional individualized instruction is provided with modifications for all levels. Qi Gong A full-body workout, even for those physically challenged. It integrates physical postures, breathing techniques, and focused intention in order to maintain your health, calm your mind, and reconnect with your spirit. Yoga/Qi Gong For those who are moderately fit no matter their age. Deeper yogic stretches are followed by the gentle flows of Qi Gong. Together, these exercises create more energy, stamina, balance, and harmony in your life. Upbeat Yoga All levels of fitness welcome to this fun, upbeat class that focuses on flexibility, circulation, posture, balance, and breathing. Look for sharper brain function, improved muscle tone, and a more peaceful sense of well-being. Tai Chi & Qigong Improve your balance and increase your energy level, flexibility, and coordination in a blend of eastern exercise for health benefits, longevity, and fun. Great strength and prowess are not required. Tai Ji Quan: Movement for Better Balance Learn a series of movements which are tailored specifically to improve balance. Endorsed by the National Coalition on Aging and taught by an experienced physical therapist.
