Washington State sales tax will be added to applicable programs and rental fees. • Classes are held at a variety of locations. Site locations can be found in the Facilities Locations section on the next page. • Supply fees are additional fees paid directly to the instructor for items not included in the class fee or provided by the City of Renton Community Services Department. • This recreation brochure is published for informational purposes only and is subject to change without notice. Every effort is made to ensure accuracy at the time of publication. • Register early to ensure that the program you desire isn't filled or canceled due to below minimum enrollment. Resident Discount Rate The City of Renton recognizes people living within Renton's city limits support, through their city taxes, the City of Renton's Commu- nity Services Department. Because of this, the City of Renton offers those living inside the city limits a discount on programs and facility rental fees. People who reside outside the city limits are welcomed and encouraged to enjoy the activities and services the City of Renton provides. The resident discount fee is the first fee listed. Withdrawal & Refund Guidelines • Refund requests must be made in writing to be eligible for a refund. • If a request is made after the program has already begun (with the exception of program satisfaction), no refunds will be issued. Adult Leagues No refunds will be issued to athletic teams, for league play or tournament play, if the request is made after schedules have been completed. Classes, Trips & Programs • More than seven days before start date: The refunded/credited amount will be the program fee. • Seven days or less before start date: No refund will be issued • Canceled by the City of Renton: Full refund PLEASE NOTE: Special refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If you withdraw due to special circumstances, the refund amount will be determined by the program coordinator. Creative Kids Preschool Please see the Parent Handbook Guide, avail- able at Renton Community Center and online at rentonwa.gov. Facility Rental & Group Reservations Refunds will be considered based on the signed rental/use agreement. Summer Day Camp Day Camp deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Refunds for the remaining camp fees will be granted when a written request is received no later than two weeks prior to the start of each session.
