The City of Renton Community Services Department provides Customer Satisfaction Surveys annually and encourages you to provide feedback. If Renton schools are closed, all City of Renton Recreation classes and activities will be canceled. If schools have a late start, all morn- ing classes and activities will be canceled. All others will be held as scheduled. If the Renton School District has announced limited trans- portation, all classes and activities will be held as scheduled. Third parties who contract with or receive leases or permits from the City of Renton, for a community athletic program are also prohibited from discriminating on the basis of sex. (See hum.wa.gov/documents/ Brochures/PA091407B.pdf for a list of prohibited discrimination in public accommo- dations under state law.) Waiver Being fully informed as to these risks and in consideration of being allowed to participate in city-sponsored activities and/or use of city facilities, participants assume all risk of injury, damage, and harm to participants arising from such activities or use. Partici- pants also hereby individually and on behalf of their heirs, executors, and assigns, release and hold harmless the City of Renton, its officials, employees, and agents, and waive any right of recovery that participants might have to bring a claim or a lawsuit against them for any personal injury, death, or other consequences occurring to participants aris- ing out of their voluntary participation in any activity. Participants give permission to the City of Renton and the Recreation Division to use any photos or videos taken during this activity, which might include themselves or their child (children) in publications promot- ing programs or activities within the City.
