Mondays 10:30–11:30am CR $3 Beginning Tap Dance Tap dancing is a fun style of dance that everyone can learn, regardless of previous dance experi- ence. Tap contributes to increased cardiovascular conditions, strength, flex- ibilit y and coordination. It builds strength in the legs and feet in addition to increasing flexibility in the hips, knees and ankles, while developing a sense of rhythm and timing. This class is for the novice, true beginner tap dancer. Join in- structor Darlene Jones in a fun form of dance that is more than just exercise. In- struction is free but please register at the Recreation Desk. No class on Janu- ary 1 and 15. Mondays 9:30–10:15am CR Beach Ball Volleyball You've been served! Join us for a great activity … beach ball vol- l e y b a l l ! I m p r ove yo u r e ye - h a n d coordination, upper body flexibility and cardiovascular fitness. Teams of six will play while sitting in chairs. Join in on the fun and laughter while competing as a team. We play every Thursday morning. Thursdays 10:00–11:00am LMTG Bean Bag Baseball Winter is approaching and you're missing baseball. Come in a play Bean Bag Baseball and show everyone how to hit a home run. We pick different teams each time. You'll meet new friends while rooting for your team. Meet us in the auditorium. We play every Friday. No play January 19.
